Basic Info

When placing your order, please ensure that your shipping address is written exactly how it should appear on your package.

We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Completing your order will take between 2 and 5 working days. After dispatching, we provide a tracking number that is trackable in all countries. You can check the current status of your delivery through an address provided in your e-mail order confirmation.

Please note that during busy times of the year (Black Friday and other sales), we usually need some more time to complete your order (7 – 14 days).

We are not shipping to Russia and Asian or African countries.

Shipping to the United Kingdom

We have made every effort to ensure that our shipments to the UK are free of any custom charges. However, customs clearance may extend the delivery time. Please contact us if any charges apply.

All orders already include VAT, so they are not subject to any additional tax charges upon delivery. Our company has a VAT registration in the UK and we pay all taxes on behalf of our clients.

Customs Clearance

Concerns only countries besides EU and UK

Every package sent outside of the EU may be held in customs clearance. While we try to give our customers the best possible shipping prices, we cannot cover these costs ourselves.

Therefore, customers are responsible for all shipping and customs fees. The total shipping cost of the order (excluding the fees mentioned above) will be displayed after adding products to your cart. You can then choose your preferred delivery and payment method – you'll see exact quotes in the order summary. The cost of shipping depends on the weight of goods and delivery location.

Delivery Methods

We provide delivery via Polish Post Office service as the most financially viable method.

Orders up to 2 kg (counting package as a whole, not just products’ weight) are shipped via the Polish Post Registered Letter.

The shipment delivery dates given below are expected:

- in Europe: by the third working day after the date of departure,

- in the countries from America, Australia and Oceania: by the fifth working day after the day of departure.

 

In practice:  international orders can sometimes take a few weeks to arrive. Usually, it takes approximately one to two weeks for EU, 3-4 weeks for UK/USA/Canada and 5-6 weeks for Australian addresses once your order has been shipped.

Please note that all delivery times listed below are just estimations based on information provided by the delivery companies and our own experience – there may be some exceptions from those rules.

All our parcels (except for those to Brazil, Denmark, Great Britain and Northern Ireland) include a receipt of delivery confirmation (orange cards glued to the envelope). After collecting your package, please sign it in the dedicated area and make sure that the postman collects it, so that it can return to us. Many thanks in advance!

For orders over £850 (€1,000), we contact the customer prior to dispatch. Such orders will be packed in 2 or 3 separate packages or will be shipped by another carrier after agreement.
